GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The contractual document governing the contracting of products and services through the website www.mrbones.es owned by Mr.Bones, S.L. is set out below. (hereinafter referred to as the Provider). Acceptance of this document implies that the user:
You have read, understand and comprehend the above.
That he/she is a person with sufficient capacity to contract.
That it assumes all the obligations set forth herein.
These conditions shall be valid for an indefinite period of time and shall be applicable to all contracts made through the www.mrbones.es website.
The Provider reserves the right to unilaterally modify these Conditions, without this affecting the goods or promotions that were purchased prior to the modification.
Identity of the parties
On the one hand, the supplier of the goods or services contracted by the user is Mr.Bones, S.L. with registered office at C/ Diego García de Paredes, 51 / 10600, Plasencia (Cáceres) and customer service mail info@mrbones.es.
The user, registered on the website by means of a user name and password, for which he/she has full responsibility for use and custody, being responsible for the veracity of the personal data provided to the provider.
Object of the contract
The purpose of this contract is to regulate the contractual sales relationship between the provider and the user when the user accepts the corresponding box during the online contracting process.
The contractual purchase and sale relationship involves the delivery, in exchange for a specific price and publicly displayed on the website, of a specific product or service.
RECRUITMENT PROCEDURE
The procurement procedure may only be carried out in Spanish. If it can be carried out in another language, this will be indicated before starting the contracting procedure.
In order to access the services offered by the provider, the user must register through the website by creating a user account. To do so, the user must freely and voluntarily provide the personal data that will be required.
The user shall select a user name and password, undertaking to make diligent use of the same, and not to make them available to third parties, as well as to notify the provider of the loss or theft of the same or of possible access by an unauthorised third party, in such a way that the latter may proceed to block them immediately.
The user may not choose as a user name words whose purpose is to confuse others by identifying him/her as a member of the provider, as well as expressions that are offensive, offensive and, in general, contrary to the law or to the requirements of morality and good customs.
Once the user account has been created, we inform you that in accordance with the requirements of art. 27 of Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce, the contracting procedure will follow the following steps:
In any case, the provider's contracting platform shall inform the user, once the contracting procedure has been completed, by e-mail regarding all the characteristics, price, means of transport, contracting date and estimated delivery of the contracted product or service.
SHIPPING POLICY
Delivery of orders
Orders will be delivered to the delivery address freely designated by the user. In this way, the provider assumes no responsibility for when the delivery of the product or service does not take place as a result of the data provided by the user being false, inaccurate or incomplete or when the delivery cannot be made for reasons beyond the control of the delivery company assigned for this purpose, such as the absence of the recipient.
Without prejudice to the foregoing, the provider must take the measures required of a diligent trader to ensure that delivery can be made within the agreed time, and if not, as soon as possible, to the satisfaction of both the sender and the recipient, for which no liability can be imputed to the provider.
Shipping zones
Spain
- Deliveries will be made to mainland Spain, Balearic and Canary Islands.
- For deliveries to Ceuta and Melilla, please consult info@mrbones.es
- Orders will not be delivered to P.O. Boxes.
Europe
- Deliveries will be made to the following countries in Europe:
- Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, United Kingdom and United States.

Delivery deadlines
- Orders will be shipped within 24 to 48 hours of receipt of order.
- As a general rule, delivery times will be from 24 to 48 in mainland Spain and within 3 to 7 days in the rest of the locations.
- Deliveries are made through external transport companies. The transport companies do not deliver on weekends or public holidays.
- Orders may be delayed due to transport issues or high volumes of demand.
SHIPPING COSTS

- Mainland Spain, Balearic Islands, Canary Islands* and Portugal.
- Shipping cost: 2,90€.
- For orders over 75,00€ the shipping costs will be free of charge.
- Zone 2
- Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Luxembourg, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, the Netherlands, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, United Kingdom*.
- Shipping cost: 8,90€.
- For orders over 75,00€ the shipping costs will be free of charge.
- (*) Import costs
- Canary Islands and United Kingdom
- Import costs: 24,00€.
- The import charges include customs duties and taxes incurred by the order.
- Zone 1
Price and period of validity of the offer
The prices indicated for each product include Value Added Tax (VAT) or other taxes that may be applicable and in any case shall be expressed in Euro currency (€). Unless expressly stated otherwise, these costs do not include shipping costs.
The prices applicable to each product will be those published on the website and automatically applied by the contracting process in the last phase of the same. The client assumes that in any case the economic valuation of some of the products may vary in real time. In any case this will always be previously communicated to users.
Any payment made to the Provider shall entail the issuance of an invoice in the name of the registered user. This invoice shall be automatically sent to the e-mail address provided by the user and shall be sent together with the purchased product.
For any information about the order, the user will be able to contact the provider's customer service e-mail address, which is info@mrbones.es. In any case, the subject of the message must indicate the order number assigned to the user and indicated in the purchase confirmation email.
Methods of payment
The user can pay in different ways:
- Secure credit card payment: we accept VISA, Master Card and Maestro cards.
- Paypal
- Bizum
- Bank transfer
Right of withdrawal
The user will have a period of 7 working days from the date of receipt of the product to return it. Unless the return is made due to defects in the product, the costs relating to shipping will be borne by the user. In any case, the product must be returned in its original packaging and in perfect condition.
The right of withdrawal shall not apply to software applications which are directly downloaded via the portal or which are personalised products or which, for reasons of hygiene or other legally stipulated exceptions, are not subject to this right.
Applicable law and jurisdiction
These conditions shall be governed by or interpreted in accordance with Spanish legislation in all matters not expressly established. The provider and the user agree to submit any dispute that may arise from the provision of the products or services covered by these Conditions to the Courts and Tribunals of the user's domicile.
In the event that the user is domiciled outside Spain, the provider and the user expressly waive any other forum, submitting themselves to the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Plasencia (Spain).
